Geo-nature and geographical situation of Cox’s Bazar played a vital role to structure the language and culture of this district. The people of this district generally speak in chittagoagian dialect. But sometimes during talking it is seen to use Cox’s Bazar oriented language such as in introduction with someone familiar, we want to know “how are you? Located on the bank of the sea the culture of Cox’s Bazar city is miscellenious. For being communicated with Burma and living ethnic people from Rakhiyne, there is seen a good cultural collation between the Bengali and Burmeese in Cox’s Bazar. Specially Rakhyne music and dance is not only revered in Cox’s Bazar but also in the greater area of Chattagram. Being situated on the bank of the sea the people of this area is disastrous from the ancient time and survive with roaring sea so that the medium and presentation of practicing local culture those struggling scenario can be seen, especially in the daily life of fisherman.
